2.射频毫米波集成电路设计技术研究
a)微波毫米波段器件设计与建模研究
b)雷达收发前端模块设计技术研究
c)短距离无线通信收发模块设计技术研究
在国内外重要期刊和学术会议上发表论文60余篇,其中SCI期刊论文近30篇,EI收录论文30余篇。已授权发明专利7项。并承担了多项包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重大专项、863等课题。
